4 March 2010, (Hixpo, Ningbo, China) - It is highly exciting that Henry Bailey, a UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office appointed tailoring company, is to exhibit at the forthcoming 14th IFFAIR, scheduled for 21-24 October 2010 here in Ningbo, China.

 

A Henry Bailey bespoke garment is crafted to the same high standard that will rival any Savile Row garment made ‘in house'. Henry Bailey offers Savile Row quality bespoke suits, blazers, field sports and formal wear for all special occasions including customized uniforms. They use good quality trimmings and offer a wide selection of cloth from the finest English and Scottish mills. Patterns and cloth are individually cut then trimmed in Savile Row. They provide numerous fittings to our satisfaction before a garment is completed. Their suits can be let out or taken in should we alter in weight, making it a sound investment for the foreseeable future.

Their visiting bespoke tailor is Andrew Chan. He started work for a leading Savile Row bespoke tailoring company in the year 2000, bringing added knowledge of field sports wear. Prior to working on Savile Row, he received a Diploma in Tailoring at the London College of Fashion where he was awarded the Silver Shears Award for excellence in Handcraft Tailoring Skills. He has also completed a BA Honour's degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from American College in London.

Their master tailors are members of the Merchant Taylors Company and have been working in Savile Row for well over 35 years. They only employ experienced coat makers and trouser makers who are highly skilled in their trade. Quality and workmanship is monitored on a regular basis by their team of well respected Savile Row tailors.

Their aim is to give all their customers a Savile Row experience of personal care and attention, offering the best in handcraft tailoring. They do not offer a ‘made to measure’ service nor produce ‘ready to wear’ garments. Their tailors are available to arrange meetings by appointment only. They welcome the opportunity to meet with us in Savile Row or, if we prefer, outside office hours at our convenience in the comfort of our home. They also visit EU and other countries to provide personal bespoke tailoring service.
