(Written by Terry Hong) Ningbo Round-table talk on International Fashion Industry Cooperation, TOFIC for short, was held in Sheraton Ningbo Hotel on Oct. 23.
Distinguished guests are invited from more than 10 countries and regions in terms of China-Euro Textile Alliance, Korea Fashion Textile Association, Textile and Fashion Federation (Singapore), Textile Commissioner Organization (Ministry of Textile Industry), Malaysia Garments Wholesale Merchants Association, Indonesian Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Hong Kong Trade Development Council, etc.
TOFIC is initiated this year by Ningbo Economy Committee and is to be held annually ever since.
On the conference, organizing committee of Ningbo International Fashion Fair signed a cooperation contract with distinguished guests present at the meeting to promote international fashion industry cooperation, and also reached an agreement on establishing an information exchange system, on developing international industrial linkage and on co-hosting activities, etc.
